The team of Clayton-Hamilton has been making the jazz rounds for more than 40 years now, having launched their own Jazz Orchestra in 1985. Tamir is a long-time member, while our leader — a guitar-strumming swinger (barely 30 but steeped in jazz tradition) — joined when he was a mere nineteen. Since then, Graham was recently voted Down Beat’s rising guitar star for three years straight! Whether in a big band context or quartet like this one, rhythm is this quartet’s natural business.
It all happens in the intimate setting of a hillside home with awesome acoustics.
