‘Exploring the Black Roots of Jazz’ – Jazz Department Conservatorium van Amsterdam
We are honored to welcome John Clayton at the CvA again, for the second part of his project ‘Exploring the Black Roots of Jazz’, featuring Gerald Clayton (piano). The project will take place in the Jazz Project Week (February 25 – March 1). Numerous open masterclasses, lectures and workshops will take place during this week, some of which also feature John and Gerald Clayton. Check www.consam.nl/concertagenda for more information.
We’ll close the week with a concert of the CvA Concert Big Band, conducted by John Clayton, feat. Gerald Clayton.
